haven't tried those so I can't say how worthwhile they are. Available dlc adds an offroad track and a short drag strip of sorts.
There is an 'airfield' also - basically a big plain empty concrete lot for doing burnouts, doughnuts and a bit of zooming around. not a huge one and this still isn't a 'driving sim' by any elevated standards but it's somewhat better than what was in 2015 as driving goes. You can't drive them around town but there is a race track.
